When Lakeview Industries was designing their new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Carver, MN, they partnered with Blue Horizon Energy to solve several energy challenges. First, the local electric cooperative serving the facility did not offer solar programs sufficient enough to significantly impact the facility’s usage. Second, Lakeview’s customers were increasingly adding sustainability requirements to its supply contracts.
