Blue Horizon Energy worked in partnership with Bridge Investment Group at their Excelsior Crossings property in Hopkins, Minnesota, delivering this solar canopy over an existing parking garage — allowing the large footprint of the parking garage to serve dual purposes. As a result, the metro benefits from more efficient land use, the property owners benefit from stronger net operating income, and tenants enjoy the dual advantages of covered parking and carbon-free power generated on-site.
