Through these solar projects that include more than a megawatt of solar, Tailwind Group was able to capitalize on short-term tax equity while locking in long-term energy savings. At the multi-tenant property known as Mankato Heights Mall, tenants embraced the project as it afforded their businesses both environmental and financial benefits as well. By offering this benefit to its tenants, Tailwind Group is able to differentiate its space for high-value in-market tenants.
